Jeff and Mike began to realize there was a need for quality, maintenance free homes in a planned community. Many of their neighbors were living in beautiful large homes with lots of land that demanded a great deal of upkeep. These folks wanted to stay in this wonderful small town environment, but wanted the freedom offered by smaller, low maintenance homes, rewarding them with a more independent lifestyle. At the same time they recognized that certain features were important to them and they demanded a level of quality they had become accustomed to.
